Powering the UK: why the new electricity plan is all about nuclear


Just one day before the UK government publishes its major reform of the country’s electricity market, The Guardian’s Damian Carrington has been speaking to people in the power industry, energy academics, investors and green campaigners about what they think the outcome will be from Tuesday’s reform package.
